Super Detox Duo {Super Detox Tincture +Shilajit Binder}
For the Detox Tincture: take 3 dropperfuls (20-30 Drops) 3 times per day, 30 minutes before meals, until the bottle is empty. I would suggest mixing in a little water. It is bitter!! But that's part of what makes a great detox. :)
For the Binder (Shilajit): take 3 dropperfuls (20-30 drops) at night, 2 hours after last food intake, so that it can work while you sleep. You can mix in a little water or put straight under tongue.
*You may finish taking the Shilajit after the detox tincture runs out. It's rich in minerals (hair, skin, nail, & bone support!!), contains fulvic and humic acid (which are your binders), antioxidants, it's anti-inflammatory, is neuroprotective, supports energy and stamina, supports healthy testosterone levels, and male fertility.
While detoxing you'll want to drink plenty of water and get plenty of movement to help support the excretion process. Urination, bowel movements, and sweating are super important to help support your body's systems and get things moving for the best results possible!!
You can repeat the detox quartely, every 3 months, up to 4 times per year.
