Jude's Magic Tea was born as a request from one of my very best friends (and customers). Her little boy Jude was coughing, had phlegm, etc. It was taking a toll, so she asked me what I recommended. I made this tea especially for him and he started referring to it as "his magic tea'. Might I add, he is also very pleased that this tea is named after him, lol. :)
Ingredients: Elderflowers, Lemon Rind, WIld Cherry Bark, Mullein, & Marshmallow Root

Steep 1-2 teaspoons of herbs in 8 ounces of hot water for 5-10 minutes. Strain, sweeten, & enjoy. :)
