Calming + Muscle Relaxing Ancient Magnesium Spray
This spray is highly concentrated and wonderful for nerve, muscle, and joint pain. I also love to apply it at night to my feet and legs, right after a shower while my pores are still open, then put my socks on. Magnesium is known to relax muscles, and helps me sleep so well!!
Ingredients: Ancient Zechstein Magnesium (Magnesium Chloride) and Lavender

Apply full strength to the bottom of feet for sleep support or to desired area for relief. If skin is sensitive, you may dilute with a littel water.
